นโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัวนี้อธิบายรายละเอียดการเก็บรวบรวม ใช้ เปิดเผย และคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของคุณตามพระราชบัญญัติคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล พ.ศ. 2562 (PDPA) เมื่อคุณใช้งานแอปพลิเคชัน Lukkhon (“แอป”)

1. ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลที่เราเก็บรวบรวม

• ข้อมูลบัญชีผู้ใช้: อีเมล, ชื่อที่แสดง (Display Name), และรหัสผ่าน (เก็บในรูปแบบเข้ารหัสแฮชสากล BCrypt ไม่มีการเก็บรหัสผ่านเป็นข้อความปกติ)
• ข้อมูลเข้าสู่ระบบผ่านตัวเลือกภายนอก (Social Login): เมื่อคุณเลือกใช้บริการ เรารับรหัสผู้ใช้ ชื่อ อีเมล และรูปโปรไฟล์จาก LINE, Google หรือ Apple
• ข้อมูลสัตว์เลี้ยง: ชื่อ ชนิด (หมา/แมว) สายพันธุ์ เพศ วันเกิด น้ำหนัก และรูปถ่ายสัตว์เลี้ยง
• บันทึกสุขภาพและตารางดูแล: ประวัติสุขภาพ วัคซีน ยา การถ่ายพยาธิ การป้องกันเห็บหมัด การนัดหมายสัตวแพทย์ และบันทึกกิจกรรมประจำวัน
• ข้อมูลการสมัครสมาชิก: สถานะการสมัครใช้งานแบบ Pro (Subscription Status) ผ่านบริการชำระเงินของ App Store / Google Play
• ข้อมูลทางเทคนิคและรายงานข้อขัดข้อง: รายงานข้อขัดข้อง (Crash Log) และข้อมูลอุปกรณ์พื้นฐานผ่าน Firebase Crashlytics เพื่อใช้ในการแก้ไขบั๊กและปรับปรุงความเสถียร

เราไม่เก็บรวบรวมตำแหน่งที่ตั้งระบุตัวบุคคล (Location Data) ไม่มีการแสดงโฆษณา และไม่มีนโยบายนำข้อมูลไปจำหน่ายแก่บุคคลอื่น

2. ฐานทางกฎหมายและวัตถุประสงค์ในการเก็บและใช้ข้อมูล (Lawful Basis)

เราดำเนินการประมวลผลข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของคุณภายใต้ฐานทางกฎหมายตาม PDPA ดังต่อไปนี้:

• ฐานการปฏิบัติตามสัญญา (Contractual Basis): เพื่อให้บริการระบบสมุดสุขภาพสัตว์เลี้ยง การตั้งเตือนวัคซีน/ยา การนัดหมาย และการประมวลผลรายงานสรุปข้อมูลสัตว์เลี้ยงตามที่คุณร้องขอ
• ฐานประโยชน์โดยชอบด้วยกฎหมาย (Legitimate Interest): เพื่อยืนยันตัวตน รักษาความปลอดภัยของบัญชี ป้องกันการทุจริต และวิเคราะห์รายงานข้อขัดข้องทางเทคนิคเพื่อพัฒนาเสถียรภาพของแอป
• ฐานความยินยอม (Consent): สำหรับการเข้าสู่ระบบผ่านตัวเลือกภายนอก (Social Auth) และการส่งแจ้งเตือนผ่านอุปกรณ์ (Push Notifications) โดยคุณสามารถถอนความยินยอมได้ตลอดเวลาผ่านการตั้งค่าบนอุปกรณ์

3. การเปิดเผยข้อมูลต่อผู้ให้บริการภายนอก

เราเปิดเผยข้อมูลแก่ผู้ให้บริการภายนอกเท่าที่จำเป็นเพื่อการดำเนินงานของแอปพลิเคชันอย่างปลอดภัยเท่านั้น:

• ผู้ให้บริการคลาวด์และเซิร์ฟเวอร์แบบปลอดภัย (Secure Cloud & Infrastructure) — ระบบฐานข้อมูลและที่จัดเก็บไฟล์แบบเข้ารหัส (Encrypted Database & Storage Server)
• Firebase (Google LLC) — สำหรับรายงานข้อขัดข้องและการตั้งค่าแอปพลิเคชัน
• LINE / Google / Apple — สำหรับกระบวนการยืนยันตัวตน (เฉพาะเมื่อคุณเลือกใช้งาน)
• Cloudflare — สำหรับบริการโฮสติ้งหน้าเว็บและเอกสารสาธารณะ

เราไม่ขาย เช่า หรือแชร์ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของคุณแก่บุคคลภายนอกเพื่อการตลาดหรือโฆษณาโดยเด็ดขาด

4. สถานที่จัดเก็บข้อมูลและการส่งหรือโอนข้อมูล

สถานที่จัดเก็บข้อมูลหลัก: ฐานข้อมูลและระบบจัดเก็บไฟล์สื่อหลักของแอปพลิเคชัน ถูกจัดเก็บและประมวลผลบนเซิร์ฟเวอร์ที่ตั้งอยู่ในศูนย์ข้อมูล (Data Center) ภายในประเทศไทย

ผู้ให้บริการภายนอก: ข้อมูลทางเทคนิคบางส่วน (เช่น รายงานข้อขัดข้องผ่าน Firebase Crashlytics หรือกระบวนการยืนยันตัวตนผ่าน LINE/Google/Apple) อาจมีการประมวลผลผ่านระบบคลาวด์ของผู้ให้บริการมาตรฐานสากลซึ่งอาจมีเซิร์ฟเวอร์ในต่างประเทศ ทั้งนี้ เราได้ตรวจสอบให้แน่ใจว่าผู้ให้บริการดังกล่าวมีมาตรการคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลและมาตรฐานความปลอดภัยของข้อมูลเทียบเท่าที่กฎหมาย PDPA กำหนด

5. การจัดเก็บและการรักษาความปลอดภัย

เราใช้มาตรการทางเทคนิคและการบริหารจัดการเพื่อคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของคุณ ได้แก่ การรับส่งข้อมูลผ่านโปรโตคอลเข้ารหัส HTTPS/TLS การเข้ารหัสรหัสผ่านด้วย BCrypt การจำกัดสิทธิ์เข้าถึงข้อมูลเฉพาะเจ้าของบัญชี และการป้องกันเซิร์ฟเวอร์ด้วย Web Application Firewall (WAF)

6. ระยะเวลาการเก็บรักษาและการลบข้อมูล

เราจะเก็บรักษาข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของคุณไว้ตลอดระยะเวลาที่คุณยังมีบัญชีใช้งาน คุณสามารถลบบัญชีและข้อมูลทั้งหมดได้ด้วยตนเองทันทีในแอป (แท็บ “เพิ่มเติม” → “ลบบัญชี”) หรือดูขั้นตอนที่ หน้าการลบบัญชี เมื่อยืนยันการลบแล้ว ข้อมูลบัญชี สัตว์เลี้ยง และบันทึกสุขภาพทั้งหมดจะถูกลบถาวรจากเซิร์ฟเวอร์ทันที ยกเว้นบันทึกที่กฎหมายกำหนดให้เก็บรักษาไว้

7. สิทธิของเจ้าของข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลตาม PDPA

ภายใต้กฎหมาย PDPA คุณมีสิทธิดำเนินการเกี่ยวกับข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของคุณดังต่อไปนี้:

• สิทธิขอเข้าถึงและรับสำเนา (Right of Access): ขอเข้าถึงและขอรับสำเนาข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของคุณ
• สิทธิขอแก้ไขข้อมูล (Right to Rectification): ขอแก้ไขข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลให้ถูกต้อง เป็นปัจจุบัน และสมบูรณ์
• สิทธิขอให้ลบหรือทำลาย (Right to Erasure / Right to be Forgotten): ขอให้ลบ ทำลาย หรือทำให้ข้อมูลไม่สามารถระบุตัวตนได้
• สิทธิขอให้ระงับการใช้ (Right to Restriction): ขอให้ระงับการใช้ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลในกรณีเฉพาะ
• สิทธิขอคัดค้าน (Right to Object): คัดค้านการเก็บรวบรวม ใช้ หรือเปิดเผยข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล
• สิทธิขอโอนย้ายข้อมูล (Right to Data Portability): ขอรับหรือขอให้ส่งโอนข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลไปยังผู้ควบคุมข้อมูลอื่น
• สิทธิขอถอนความยินยอม (Right to Withdraw Consent): ถอนความยินยอมที่เคยให้ไว้ได้ตลอดเวลา
• สิทธิในการร้องเรียน (Right to Lodge a Complaint): มีสิทธิติดต่อร้องเรียนต่อคณะกรรมการคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล (PDPC) หากพบการฝ่าฝืนกฎหมาย

8. การคุ้มครองข้อมูลของเด็ก

แอปพลิเคชันนี้ไม่ได้มุ่งเป้าให้บริการแก่เด็กอายุต่ำกว่า 13 ปี และเราไม่มีความตั้งใจในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลจากเด็ก หากพบว่ามีการเก็บข้อมูลโดยไม่ได้รับความยินยอมตามกฎหมาย เราจะทำการลบข้อมูลนั้นทันที

9. การปรับปรุงนโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัว

เราอาจปรับปรุงนโยบายนี้เป็นครั้งคราวเพื่อให้อยู่ในมาตรฐานล่าสุด หากมีการเปลี่ยนแปลงแก้ไข เราจะระบุวันที่มีผลอัปเดตใหม่ด้านบนของหน้านี้

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your personal data under the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA) and international standards when you use the Lukkhon mobile application (the “App”).

1. Information We Collect

• Account Data: Email address, display name, and password (stored using BCrypt cryptographic hashing, never in plain text).
• Social Login Data: If selected, we receive your user ID, name, email, and profile picture from LINE, Google, or Apple.
• Pet Profiles: Name, species (dog/cat), breed, sex, birthdate, weight, and photos.
• Health & Care Records: Health history, vaccines, medications, deworming, flea/tick preventives, vet appointments, and care routine logs.
• Subscription Data: Pro subscription status processed via App Store / Google Play in-app purchases.
• Technical & Crash Data: Crash logs and basic device info via Firebase Crashlytics to resolve technical issues and maintain stability.

We do not collect precise location data, show advertisements, or sell your personal data.

2. Lawful Basis and Purposes of Processing

We process your personal data under the following lawful bases specified by PDPA:

• Contractual Basis: To deliver core services, including pet health tracking, vaccine/medication reminders, and vet report summaries requested by you.
• Legitimate Interest: To authenticate users, protect account security, prevent fraud, and analyze technical crash reports to improve stability.
• Consent: For third-party authentication (Social Login) and device Push Notifications. You may withdraw consent at any time via device settings.

3. Disclosure to Third Parties

We disclose data to trusted service providers strictly as necessary to operate the App:

• Secure Cloud & Infrastructure Providers — Encrypted database and secure file storage infrastructure.
• Firebase (Google LLC) — Crash reporting and remote configuration.
• LINE / Google / Apple — Authentication processing (when chosen by you).
• Cloudflare — Hosting public legal and support web pages.

We never sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Data Storage Location and International Data Transfers

Primary Data Storage: Our primary database and media file storage infrastructure are hosted and processed on secure servers located in data centers within Thailand.

Third-Party Processors: Certain technical and diagnostic data (such as crash logs via Firebase Crashlytics or authentication via LINE/Google/Apple) may be processed on international cloud services provided by global vendors. We ensure all providers enforce data security and privacy measures compliant with PDPA and international standards.

5. Security & Storage

We enforce robust technical and administrative security measures, including HTTPS/TLS encrypted communication, BCrypt password hashing, owner-restricted access authorization, and Web Application Firewall (WAF) edge security.

6. Retention & Account Deletion

We retain your data for as long as your account remains active. You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time inside the app ("More" tab → "Delete account") or visit our Account Deletion Guide. Upon confirmation, all account, pet, and health data are permanently erased from our servers, except records required by law.

7. Your Data Subject Rights

Under PDPA, you hold the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Right of Access: Request access to and copies of your personal data.
• Right to Rectification: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Right to Erasure: Request permanent deletion or anonymization of your data.
• Right to Restriction: Request temporary restriction of data processing.
• Right to Object: Object to the processing of your personal data.
• Right to Data Portability: Request transmission of your data to another data controller.
• Right to Withdraw Consent: Withdraw consent previously granted at any time.
• Right to Lodge a Complaint: Right to lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC).

8. Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from children. If we discover inadvertent collection without legal consent, we will promptly delete the data.

9. Changes to Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Any modifications will be published here with an updated effective date.
