วิธีลบบัญชีในแอป

เปิดแอป Lukkhon แล้วเข้าสู่ระบบ
ไปที่แท็บ “เพิ่มเติม” (More)
เลื่อนลงล่างสุด แตะ “ลบบัญชี”
ยืนยันในกล่องข้อความ — บัญชีและข้อมูลทั้งหมดจะถูกลบถาวรทันที

เข้าแอปไม่ได้?

ส่งอีเมลจากที่อยู่ที่ใช้สมัครมาที่ patcharaxrr@gmail.com พร้อมหัวข้อ “ลบบัญชี Lukkhon” เราจะดำเนินการลบให้ภายใน 30 วัน

ข้อมูลที่จะถูกลบ

บัญชีผู้ใช้ (อีเมล, ชื่อที่แสดง, การเชื่อมต่อ LINE)
ข้อมูลสัตว์เลี้ยงและรูปภาพทั้งหมด
ประวัติสุขภาพ วัคซีน ยา และการนัดหมาย
การเตือนและรายการดูแล
ข้อมูลการสมัครสมาชิก (subscription)

ข้อมูลทั้งหมดถูกลบถาวรจากเซิร์ฟเวอร์ ไม่สามารถกู้คืนได้ ไม่มีการเก็บข้อมูลไว้หลังการลบ ยกเว้นบันทึกที่กฎหมายกำหนดให้เก็บ (เช่น บันทึกธุรกรรมการชำระเงิน หากมี)

Delete your account in the app

Open Lukkhon and sign in
Go to the “More” tab
Scroll to the bottom and tap “Delete account”
Confirm — your account and all data are permanently deleted immediately

Can’t access the app?

Email us from the address you signed up with at patcharaxrr@gmail.com with the subject “Lukkhon account deletion”. We will delete your data within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Your account (email, display name, LINE link)
All pet profiles and photos
Health records, vaccines, medications, and appointments
Reminders and care items
Subscription data

All data is permanently removed from our servers and cannot be recovered. Nothing is retained after deletion, except records we are legally required to keep (e.g. payment transaction records, if any).
